Job Desc :
· Build and develop HR team, system, and tools
· Monitor and manage the implementation of HRD function include recruitment & organization development
process, compensation & benefit, general affair and payroll
· Ensure the entire process of employee performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, and termination.
· Able to handling employee & industrial relation related issues independently
· Holding counseling for high motivating the employee to achieve company target
Requirements :
· Bachelor degree in Law or equivalent
· Preferably manager/assistant manager specialized in palm oil company
· Having minimum 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager in palm oil company
· Mature, Flexible, and also good in human relation skill
· Skills : interview & selection, labor & industrial relations, negotiation skill
· Willing to be placed in all company affiliates
