Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience as an Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in the F&B industry.

Experience managing medium to large-scale restaurants is a plus.

  • Ability to be a leader, direct, and mentor staff effectively.
  • Strong team-building and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Capable of providing training and motivation to improve team performance.
  • Proficient in hygiene, health, and safety standards (HACCP, Food Safety, Sanitation).
  • Strong cost control skills, including inventory management, raw material procurement, and waste control.
  • Ability to maintain high and consistent service standards for customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of sales concepts and strategies to increase restaurant revenue.
  • Ability to attract more customers through effective offline and online marketing strategies (social media, promotions, events, etc.).
  • Skilled in retaining loyal customers by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports (P&L, cash flow, cost control) to make strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to improve restaurant profitability through operational and sales strategies.
  • Capable of identifying market opportunities and industry trends to grow the business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.

Lead and develop the restaurant team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.

Control operational costs and ensure efficient use of raw materials and inventory.

Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards (HACCP, Food Safety).

Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints effectively.

Increase revenue through sales strategies, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.

Prepare performance reports (sales, costs, customer satisfaction) and analyze data for improvements.

Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
