As a second step to look to expand in other cities such as Jakarta & Bandung and look out for new sponsors.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Esport Tournament Organizer, based in Surabaya. The responsibilities include planning and coordinating esports tournaments, managing event logistics, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring an engaging and seamless experience for participants and audience. Additional duties may include handling schedules, overseeing operations during the event, and providing post-event reports and feedback.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Logistics Management skills
• Ability to organize schedules and oversee operations effectively
• Knowledge of the esports industry and understanding of gaming tournaments
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and capacity to work under tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work on a part-time schedule and on-site in Surabaya
• Prior experience in event management or related roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, or related field is advantageous
