What will you do?

  • Lead
    end-to-end recruitment processes
    , from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs
    to support employee growth, succession planning, and skill advancement.
  • Design and facilitate training and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.
  • Supervise, guide, and develop a small HR team.
  • Act as a key HR partner, providing professional advice and support to management and employees.
  • Report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience
    , including at least
    3–4 years at Supervisor level or above
    .
  • Strong expertise in recruitment and talent management
    , with proven success in building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Prior experience in a
    multinational manufacturing company (MNC)
    is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience managing HR operations for over 200 employees.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to make firm and fair decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree from a
    reputable university
    in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Willing to be place in Cikarang
    (onsite).
