We are a fast‑growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) helping SMB customers in Indonesia accelerate their digital transformation through Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and software licensing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives across services and licensing while managing your own sales portfolio.
  • Guide the team to achieve sales and gross margin targets, run pipeline reviews, and collaborate closely with pre‑sales and technical teams to deliver great solutions for clients.
  • Hands‑on leadership, closing deals and developing people in a dynamic, informal culture.
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of B2B IT sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Ideally in a Microsoft Partner or IT solutions environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with familiarity of Microsoft 365 / Azure.
  • Ability to motivate a team and drive growth.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication skills.
