- Design, research, and implement intuitive user experiences for digital products.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Apply existing design patterns while continuously refining and improving the user experience.
- Work closely with the researchers, designers, product managers and engineers to produce intuitive UI design solutions that address customer needs and translate product vision into user interface and experience.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing design solutions for product improvements and initiatives.
- Communicate design concepts effectively through visual presentations and documentation.
- Improve designs based on usability testing, user feedback, and data analysis.
- Participate in iterative testing and refinement processes to enhance user experience.
- Keep up with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to optimize design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, and apps (Android & iOS).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and other collaborative tools.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills to translate complex problems into user-friendly solutions.
- Experience in prototyping and usability testing to validate design decisions.
