Job Description:

  • Install, configure, test, and integrate systems or software based on project requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance during implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting phases.
  • Act as first or second-level support for escalated technical issues, including on-site diagnostics if needed.
  • Guide clients through resolution steps and collaborate with expert teams for persistent issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and client IT teams to ensure effective solution usage.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as installation guides, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor and report project progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Obtain and maintain technical certifications for distributed products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in implementation and technical support of network security and firewall, with a robust understanding of system integration, migration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytic and Problem-Solving Skills: quickly navigate through complex technical issues, formulate effective solutions, and implement them in a way that significantly enhances system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication Abilities and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Have some knowledge about network and virtualization.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as CCSE , CCTE (more preferable)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Indonesia and English
