Our client is a leading company in Employment Background Check and Analytics, with operations across Asia, including Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and Southeast Asia. They are currently looking for a Screening Officer to join their team in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Administration, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data verification, background checking, or candidate screening.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia & English (oral and written).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work independently with strong professional standards.
  • Skilled in handling administrative and data processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct employment reference checks via phone and email with candidates' previous employers.
  • Perform database searches to identify potential matching records.
  • Connect with candidates to collect the required information for screening.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities in Hong Kong to assist candidates in obtaining documents for employment screening.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks related to employment screening.
