Job Responsibilities:
- Organize training needs assessments and assist superiors in establishing and executing training plans.
- Acquire, establish, and maintain resources necessary for training.
- Develop and design training courses, and organize and compile training materials.
- Assist superiors in setting shopping guide goals and monitor their achievement.
- Aid superiors in creating and implementing shopping guide SOPs.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field (smartphone).
- Strong language expression and text organization skills; proficiency in PPT, Excel, and other office software.
- Must be dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated.
- Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
