Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize training needs assessments and assist superiors in establishing and executing training plans.
  • Acquire, establish, and maintain resources necessary for training.
  • Develop and design training courses, and organize and compile training materials.
  • Assist superiors in setting shopping guide goals and monitor their achievement.
  • Aid superiors in creating and implementing shopping guide SOPs.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field (smartphone).
  • Strong language expression and text organization skills; proficiency in PPT, Excel, and other office software.
  • Must be dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
