Responsibilities

  • Sales planning and execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Customer management: Develop and maintain customers within the region, including key and new customers, understand their needs and provide technical support and application services.
  • Channel development: Develop and manage agents, distributors and other channels, cooperate with channels to jointly carry out business.
  • Market research: Keep abreast of regional market dynamics, collect competitive information and promptly feedback to the company.
  • Marketing promotion: Assist the company in completing various marketing and academic activities to enhance product awareness.
  • After-sales service: Provide after-sales service for products and solve problems encountered by customers during use.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments (such as the marketing and technical departments) to jointly promote sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, from IVD-related majors such as Medical, Electronic Engineering, Immunology, and Molecular Diagnostics;
  • 3-5 years of experience in IVD or Biotech industry;
  • Experience in IVD Technical Sales is a plus;
  • Have certain pressure resistance, dare to challenge new business;
  • Proficient in English.
