• Administration support on G-Pack system:

  • Prepare PO of goods purchased and make revision if required.

  • Plan, purchase and input consumption data of stationery & beverages


• Administration support for procurement of Promotion materials:

  • Prepare and process PO for approval,

  • Coordinate with vendor & warehouse for delivery schedule and prepare settlement of the bill.

  • Check stock of promotion material from time to time and inform the Promotion section.


• Handling passport, visa and others document that needed for employee who will business trip to overseas.


• Arrange monthly salary of maids work in apartment and monitoring maid performance (Expatriate's Maid)


• Handling administration payment for outsourcing service, dispatchment cost, entertainment & travel company Arrange selection of Yamaoka Soccer-kids and University Scholarship recipients and arrange the scholarship payment every 3 months.


• Support the arrangements of Company events, including shareholders' meetings, anniversary, celebration, employee tour, special events, etc.


• Prepare greeting cards for Christmas & New Year, Idul Fitri for each department, and business card.


• Arrange scholarships for employee's children: announcement, data verification and payment.


• Other duties related to GA administration as assigned by the Management.

Knowledge and Experience Required

 Diploma or degree in office administration, management or in relevant fields

 Minimal 2 years of experience in a similar position

 Good in English both oral and written.

 Good skills in MS. Office: excel and word.
