Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's business goals
  • Bridge the relationship between management and employees, and handle complaints, conflicts, and employment-related issues
  • Manage the recruitment process, from hiring to onboarding
  • Design and implement employee development and training programs
  • Develop and manage an objective and structured performance appraisal system
  • Oversee payroll and employee benefits systems, including BPJS Health and Employment
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with applicable Indonesian labor laws and regulations (Labor Law, Omnibus Law, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee data and documents
  • Provide strategic advice to management on organizational structure, work culture, and human capital development

Requirements:

  • Strong in recruitment and organizational development (OD)
  • Preferred candidate with a background in F&B industry
