Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's business goals
- Bridge the relationship between management and employees, and handle complaints, conflicts, and employment-related issues
- Manage the recruitment process, from hiring to onboarding
- Design and implement employee development and training programs
- Develop and manage an objective and structured performance appraisal system
- Oversee payroll and employee benefits systems, including BPJS Health and Employment
- Ensure all HR activities comply with applicable Indonesian labor laws and regulations (Labor Law, Omnibus Law, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data and documents
- Provide strategic advice to management on organizational structure, work culture, and human capital development
Requirements:
- Strong in recruitment and organizational development (OD)
