Job Responsibilities
- To manage the updating, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of procedures and systems related to industrial relations
- Ensure Industrial Relation field running well without dispute such us Proficient in Labor laws compliance, Employee Handbook (peraturan perusahaan), and best practices, including labor laws and diversity initiatives
- Maintain a good relationship with the internal and external Stake holders (related with employment)
- Oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and feedback sessions (KPI & Performance Management)
- Ensure People Development implementation, and monitor training needs and programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor the quality of training sessions, observing whether they engage participants effectively and adhere to scheduled timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree Law/Management Human Resources/industrial Engineering;
- Having minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing and 2 years as a Human Resources Supervisor level;
- Fluent in English.
