Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings (pricing, descriptions, SEO).
- Coordinate orders, logistics, returns, and shipping updates.
- Execute promotions, flash sales, and ad campaigns.
- Engage with customers via chat, reviews, and livestream sessions.
- Track performance metrics and flag pricing, stock, or exposure issues.
- Support livestream operations: product prep, host coordination, and real-time engagement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce (Shopee/TikTok), or strong willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Seller Center platforms and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Flexible to support campaigns on weekends/holidays.
