Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a digital agency or brand as a strategist, planner, or digital marketer.
  • End-to-end understanding of the digital ecosystem: media buying, content, website, analytics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and digital behavior.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Library, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, etc.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering strategic presentations to clients.
  • Ability to write briefs and communicate ideas clearly to internal teams.
  • Up to date with digital trends (AI, eCommerce, video content, SEO, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT) to improve efficiency.
  • Experience in creating omnichannel strategies (offline + digital).

Job Scope:

  • Develop integrated digital strategies (paid, owned, earned media) based on client objectives.
  • Create campaign frameworks, funnels, and digital customer journeys.
  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable strategic directions.
  • Create and finalize deck presentation material and deliver to client.
  • Set up digital marketing campaign effective KPI & budget.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources (Google Analytics, social listening, market research).
  • Build audience personas, identify pain points, and uncover behavioral insights.
  • Recommend the most effective channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, KOL, SEO, email, etc.).
  • Advise on content distribution plans and optimal media mix strategies.
  • Write strategic briefs for content or creative teams based on insights.
  • Ensure creative executions align with strategy and target audience.
  • Work cross-functionally with media, content, creative, web/dev, and data teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to both internal teams and clients in decision-making.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend strategic optimizations.
  • Contribute to report frameworks and help translate data into meaningful stories for clients.
