Job Description

Assist in the implementation of social management and community development programs.

Support communication and engagement with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders.

Monitor and document community issues, complaints, and resolutions in line with company procedures.

Conduct surveys, collect data, and support social risk assessments.

Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide administrative and operational support for CSR and social management activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Communication, Management, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in community relations, CSR, or stakeholder engagement.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
