Responsibilities
- Support the setup and dismantling of event equipment (e.g. booth materials, backdrops, merchandise)
- Assist in on-site coordination during events: registration, crowd flow, activation support
- Help with logistics and inventory: loading/unloading items before and after events
- Communicate with vendors, venue staff, and internal team members as needed
- Capture event documentation: photos, short videos, or notes
- Provide ad-hoc support during events and internal offline projects
- Passionate about events, marketing, or brand activation
- Physically fit and willing to work in a hands-on role
- Available to work weekends
- Able to handle fast-paced environments and last-minute changes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Students or recent graduates from any major are welcome to apply
