About the role
Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a talented Account Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in our central Jakarta office. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution
- Analyse customer credit profiles and set appropriate credit limits
- Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders in a timely manner
- Follow up on overdue accounts and work closely with customers to ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable and provide regular reporting to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our financial systems
- Assist with ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
