Job Description :
- Develop and execute the national site acquisition plan to support store expansion targets.
- Identify and evaluate potential locations through market research, foot traffic analysis, and competitor mapping.
- Lead negotiations with landlords, property developers, and agents to secure favorable lease terms.
- Manage end-to-end documentation, including Letters of Intent (LOI), lease agreements, and permit applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, real estate networks, and local government authorities to accelerate site approvals.
- Monitor and report site acquisition progress, pipeline status, and performance against expansion targets & continuously analyze market trends and provide insights to support long-term expansion strategies.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition or property expansion, preferably in QSR, retail, or F&B industries.
- Proven experience in managing multiple acquisition projects and negotiating commercial lease agreements.
- Strong business sense with an understanding of store profitability metrics and location viability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with attention to detail and timelines.
- Good understanding of local government regulations and permit processes.
- Willing to travel frequently for site visits and landlord meetings.
