· Support Brand Manager in order to implement Brand Plan
· Conduct Marketing Plan for New Product Development or Re-Launching existing product
· Organized, managed and executed new product launch
· Conduct regular market surveys or analysis to ensure prices are in line with the market in order to achieve market competitiveness and to understand customer trends and needs
· Complete competitor analysis and market analysis for products as well as brand monitoring
· Develop promotion aspect to improve Market Share and Brand Awareness, in order to achieve target sales
· Involved in communication campaign of products (ATL, BTL, digital) and ensure products and services meet customer expectations
· Control brand materials and design
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, compile reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
