The Finance Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on payment processing, banking management, and leading initiatives for digitalization and process automation. The role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial transactions, while continuously improving systems and workflows to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do :
  • Supervise daily finance operations including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements.
  • Review and approve payment proposals prepared by the finance team.
  • Monitor cash flow to maintain sufficient liquidity for operational and project needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all payment-related requests comply with financial policies and approval matrices.

  • Review and control bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

  • Negotiate and optimize banking services, fees, and facilities to improve operational efficiency.

  • Lead or support finance digitalization initiatives (e.g., ERP enhancements, workflow automation, e-payment systems).

  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through technology and system integration.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test automation projects.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and ensure successful adoption by the finance team.

  • Supervise and mentor finance operations staff to enhance capability, accuracy, and productivity.

  • Collaborate with the finance division to ensure smooth coordination and data integrity.
  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports to Finance Controller.
Criteria we're looking for :
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Around 7 years of experience in finance operations, exposure to team leadership or managerial responsibilities (would be a plus)
  • Proven experience managing payments, banking operations, and cash flow in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or finance digitalization projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills :
  • Knowledge of financial technologies (e.g., payment gateways, RPA, digital approval systems).
  • Familiarity with banking platforms and online payment systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
