Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for planning for building and infrastructure projects within our garment manufacturing facilities.
Job Description:
- Produce detailed technical drawings for new constructions, renovations, and equipment layouts.
- Work closely with the project management team, engineers, architects, and facilities staff to understand project requirements and design specifications.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized library of all project drawings and technical documents.
- Assist in generating bills of materials (BOMs) and equipment lists from project drawings.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence for the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in project management, specifically in building construction or facility management. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven expertise in using AutoCAD, Sketchup, or any software for design and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
Working Conditions:
This role is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits to our manufacturing facilities.
