Job Descriptions:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the Infinix Store to ensure smooth daily activities.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and store layout to align with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail or store management (preferably in mobile phone or electronics industry).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding in-store experiences.
