Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the Infinix Store to ensure smooth daily activities.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and store layout to align with brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.
  • Willing to do mobile business trip

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail or store management (preferably in mobile phone or electronics industry).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding in-store experiences.
