Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess aBachelor's Degree in Law
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial relations or employee relations role, preferably within the plantation or manufacturing sector
  • Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and dispute resolution processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and union representatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Willing to work at the holding company in Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
  • Willing to travel for business purposes

Responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting management on the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures
  • Representing the company in negotiations and discussions with Unions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Investigating and resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings between management and employee representatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to industrial relations activities
  • Monitoring changes in employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance
  • Providing training and guidance to managers on handling employee relations issues
  • Collaborating with the HR team to promote positive employee engagement and morale
