Requirements:
- Candidate must possess aBachelor's Degree in Law
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial relations or employee relations role, preferably within the plantation or manufacturing sector
- Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and dispute resolution processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and union representatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Willing to work at the holding company in Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
- Willing to travel for business purposes
Responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting management on the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures
- Representing the company in negotiations and discussions with Unions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Investigating and resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings between management and employee representatives
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to industrial relations activities
- Monitoring changes in employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance
- Providing training and guidance to managers on handling employee relations issues
- Collaborating with the HR team to promote positive employee engagement and morale
