Qualifications & experience
- Excellent command of Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Minimum of 1 ~ 3 years of experience in taxation and finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in external invoicing, register and declare invoicing according to project weekly reports;
- Conduct daily accounts and expenditure registrationof projects and assist project leaders in accounts and expense management;
- To assist in themanagement of project payroll individual tax declarations, subcontract invoice managementand withholding tax deductions;
- Assist in the management ofnational authorities andother financial functions of project arrangements.
