Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, OD, or L&D
- Fluent in English (min. conversational level)
- Detail-oriented and fast in administration/reporting
- Flexible, adaptive, and proactive in a dynamic work environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Results-driven and comfortable with tight deadlines
