The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technological innovation for the textile manufacturing and retail divisions. The CTO is responsible for developing and executing technology strategies that enhance manufacturing efficiency, supply chain integration, retail operations, and customer engagement. A key objective of this role is to ensure that the development of IT programs is on track, delivered within budget, and successfully implemented to support business growth.
Develop and implement a unified technology strategy across manufacturing and retail operations.
Ensure IT projects delivered on time and within budget
Set KPIs and monitor performance across all technology-related projects and teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Oversee implementation and maintenance of ERP, CRM, and PLM systems to support end-to-end operations.
Lead the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
Ensure robust cybersecurity, data governance, and system integrity across the organization.
Explore and implement AI and data analytics
Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers.
9.Lead and mentor internal IT, software development, and tech support teams.

Qualification :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
8–10+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally in both manufacturing and retail environments.
Strong familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and automation technologies.
Proven experience implementing and managing ERP systems.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, project management, and strategic planning capabilities.
