Job Description:
- Ensure that inbound and outbound materials are inspected and comply with AOP standards.
- Handle non-conforming products within the scope of Logistics & Procurement.
- Conduct ad-hoc quality inspections of all AOP products.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports in both internal and external forums.
- Implement PDCA cycles to address Pareto issues and support subordinates' development for competency and career growth.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with min GPA 3.00 and strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented.
- Adaptable and able to understand manufacturing production processes.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting symbols.
- Knowledgeable in Kaizen, innovation tools, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
