Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the social media team to develop and execute creative content strategies.
  • Handle multiple brand accounts (cycling, running, and fashion) across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve brand objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing cycling, running, fashion, or lifestyle brands, and handling multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
  • Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, and Canva.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Creative, data-driven, and capable of working under tight deadlines.

Location: Meruya Selatan, Jakarta Barat
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, Full WFO (08.30–17.30)
