Job Description:
- Lead and manage the social media team to develop and execute creative content strategies.
- Handle multiple brand accounts (cycling, running, and fashion) across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve brand objectives.
- Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing cycling, running, fashion, or lifestyle brands, and handling multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
- Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, and Canva.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Creative, data-driven, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
Location: Meruya Selatan, Jakarta Barat
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, Full WFO (08.30–17.30)
