Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Management, Business, or related field)
  • Experienced in using marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok shop, etc)

Jobdesc :

  • Monitor team performance and ensure the quality of responses, both for marketplace chat admins and customer service
  • Monitor the performance of the online chat team
  • Create and manage team work schedules
  • Create weekly reports on team performance
  • Conduct training, briefings, and coaching for team members
  • Handle escalations for customer complaints
  • Coordinate the team to discuss obstacles and solutions
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding customer issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with online chat services
