Qualification :
- Bachelor degree (preferably in Management, Business, or related field)
- Experienced in using marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok shop, etc)
Jobdesc :
- Monitor team performance and ensure the quality of responses, both for marketplace chat admins and customer service
- Monitor the performance of the online chat team
- Create and manage team work schedules
- Create weekly reports on team performance
- Conduct training, briefings, and coaching for team members
- Handle escalations for customer complaints
- Coordinate the team to discuss obstacles and solutions
- Coordinate with other departments regarding customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction with online chat services
