As an Assistant Store Manager at Läderach, you will act as the Store Manager's right hand in overseeing daily boutique operations. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring a premium shopping experience for every customer, and supporting the development of the team to consistently reflect Läderach's standards of excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support
Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing daily store operations.
- Handle administrative tasks, cash handling, stock control, and daily reports.
- Ensure the boutique complies with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
Sales & Performance
Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Support clienteling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
Team Leadership & Development
Motivate, coach, and support the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in training team members on products, SOPs, and selling skills.
- Act as a role model in professionalism and service excellence.
Customer Experience
Deliver personalized, premium service to every customer.
- Resolve complex customer situations promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a warm, luxury, and professional boutique environment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience (luxury, premium F&B, or fashion background preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
