Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of labor relations strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to a harmonious workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support on labor law matters and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of industrial relations improvement projects.
- Support daily operational matters requiring industrial relations advice and services.
- Conduct due diligence related to employment and industrial relations issues.
- Maintain documentation of personnel files and records related to employee relations and disciplinary actions.
- Liaise with government institutions, labor unions, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial relations or labor law.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
