Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and management team.
- Organize and maintain executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Assist in coordinating inter-departmental communication and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in preparing business reports, meeting minutes, and internal memos.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, vendors, and business partners when necessary.
- Perform general office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related major.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or office management roles — experience supporting senior management or directors is a plus point.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office tools.
- High attention to detail, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on Saturday (half day) schedule.
