: Petojo, Central Jakarta (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and management team.
  • Organize and maintain executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Assist in coordinating inter-departmental communication and follow up on ongoing projects.
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support in preparing business reports, meeting minutes, and internal memos.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, vendors, and business partners when necessary.
  • Perform general office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related major.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or office management roles — experience supporting senior management or directors is a plus point.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office tools.
  • High attention to detail, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on Saturday (half day) schedule.
