Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources (Mandarin Speaker) role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HR professional will manage day-to-day HR operations, implement HR policies, oversee personnel management, and administer employee benefits. In addition, the role involves ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, addressing employee inquiries, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and Personnel Management
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle on-site HR responsibilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Relevant experience in the oil and gas or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
