- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Analyst, Application Support, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in system testing, user training, and data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
- Good understanding of business processes and data flow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when dealing with external users or customers.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Open for contract based
