Project Lead – Global Air Cargo Benchmarking Study (4 months)

Project Overview
We are conducting a Global Air Cargo Benchmarking Study to evaluate Singapore's competitiveness as an air cargo hub relative to leading global and regional peers. The objectives are to:
- Benchmark performance across cost, efficiency, connectivity, infrastructure, and digital readiness.
- Assess the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for cargo flows, including pharmaceuticals, perishables, e-commerce, semiconductors, and general cargo.
- Analyze ecosystem, regulatory, and technological trends shaping hub competitiveness.
- Identify strategic opportunities and risks up to 2040.
- Provide actionable recommendations for policy, infrastructure, and ecosystem development.
As the Project Lead, you will:
- Serve as the main coordinator with stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery of the project.
- Oversee methodology, data collection, and analysis across quantitative, qualitative, and foresight workstreams.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of analysts and specialists.
- Ensure high-quality outputs within the project timeline, including reports, dashboard, and presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, aviation/logistics strategy, transport economics, or related fields.
- Strong track record managing benchmarking, competitiveness, or market assessment studies.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and synthesis ability, especially with government or corporate clients.
- Available for a fractional, project-based engagement over 4 months.
