Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs professionally and friendly.
- Schedule service appointments and prepare job orders accurately.
- Clearly explain recommended services and repairs, including timelines and costs.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Keep customers informed of their vehicle's status and any changes to the repair timeline.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate service records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Ensure compliance with EV service standards and brand procedures.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with EV technology and service practices is a plus.
- Able to work with DMS or workshop software systems.
- Willing to be placed at Xpeng Pondok Indah.
