Job Description:

  • Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs professionally and friendly.
  • Schedule service appointments and prepare job orders accurately.
  • Clearly explain recommended services and repairs, including timelines and costs.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Keep customers informed of their vehicle's status and any changes to the repair timeline.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate service records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Ensure compliance with EV service standards and brand procedures.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with EV technology and service practices is a plus.
  • Able to work with DMS or workshop software systems.
  • Willing to be placed at Xpeng Pondok Indah.
