RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping.
- Prepare and consolidate basic payroll data, and coordinate with an external consultant.
- Handle various HR administrative tasks, including employment contracts, extensions, transfers, and terminations.
- Managing performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with company regulations and labor laws.
- Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., attendance, headcount, employee movement, turnover).
- Initiate Organizational Development Activities
- Experienced in reporting to higher-level management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Experienced in handling attendance management and basic payroll administration.
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative/documentation skills.
- Comfortable using HR systems, time attendance software, and Microsoft Office and understanding of Indonesia's labor laws and employment regulations.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments, manage multiple tasks with clear priorities.
