Job Description
- Develop and execute project-based sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify potential clients through networking and professional relationships to support sales growth.
- Support and accompany the Sales team during tenders, providing approval on negotiation results.
- Supervise and assist the Sales team in resolving operational issues and client concerns.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities related to pricing, promotions, and market movements.
- Establish realistic sales targets and evaluate team performance regularly.
- Prepare and report weekly sales performance and project pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with related departments, including:
- Product Marketing
for product pricing, discount schemes, and promotional campaigns. - Marketing Analyst
for stock and product availability updates. - Partnership Team
for branding and collaboration initiatives. - Customer Care
for handling client feedback and complaints. - Maintain strong relationships with project clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Ensure alignment of business development initiatives with overall company strategy and profitability goals.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in B2B or project-based industries.
- Strong
