Job Description

  • Develop and execute project-based sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify potential clients through networking and professional relationships to support sales growth.
  • Support and accompany the Sales team during tenders, providing approval on negotiation results.
  • Supervise and assist the Sales team in resolving operational issues and client concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities related to pricing, promotions, and market movements.
  • Establish realistic sales targets and evaluate team performance regularly.
  • Prepare and report weekly sales performance and project pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate with related departments, including:
  • Product Marketing
    for product pricing, discount schemes, and promotional campaigns.
  • Marketing Analyst
    for stock and product availability updates.
  • Partnership Team
    for branding and collaboration initiatives.
  • Customer Care
    for handling client feedback and complaints.
  • Maintain strong relationships with project clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment of business development initiatives with overall company strategy and profitability goals.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in B2B or project-based industries.
