About the Role
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure and ensure optimal system performance, availability, and security
- Manage IT service delivery to internal stakeholders, establish service level agreements, and lead operational excellence initiatives
- Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures while implementing IT governance best practices
- Conduct strategic planning and budget management for IT investments, including cost reduction initiatives and spending optimization
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead vendor consolidation efforts to achieve better pricing and terms.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team including IT support specialists, cybersecurity analysts, site reliability engineers, and customer support engineers.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and implement automation tools to reduce operational costs.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans with regular testing and updates.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian industry standards and regulatory requirements including EIT Law, PDP Law, GR 71/2019, BSSN regulations, SNI ISO/IEC 27001, and sector-specific requirements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for IT services, operations, and cost management metrics.
- Lead complex technology implementations, system integrations, and IT asset lifecycle management strategies
- Oversee IT facilities management including physical security systems, environmental controls, audio visual and conferencing systems, printers, networks and wifi infrastructure
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through technology optimization, cloud spending optimization, and process improvements
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on IT performance, strategic initiatives, and cost optimization achievements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive IT leadership experience with direct responsibility for IT services, security, operations, and facilities management.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networking, and data center operations.
- Experience with modern application development practices including CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance with Indonesian regulations such as SNI ISO/IEC 27001, BSSN requirements, and sector-specific standards.
- Demonstrated experience in IT service management methodologies (ITIL certification preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience building and developing technical teams.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading complex technology implementations.
- Budget management experience and vendor negotiation skills
- Proven experience in cost optimization, IT spending analysis, and implementing cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
