Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for 20+ team members across operations, marketing, and live-streaming roles
- Localize and implement HQ HR policies to comply with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention (targeting 90%+ first-month retention)
- Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws, BPJS system, and workplace regulations
- Handle employee relations and resolve disputes within 48-hour response time
- Oversee payroll processing and daily administrative operations
Who You Are
- 5+ years HR experience, including 3 years in recruitment leadership
- Proven track record building teams of 30+ employees from scratch
- MUST have Chinese and English Proficiency
- Certified HR professional (HCPI preferred) with deep knowledge of
Manpower Act - Skilled in HRIS systems and data-driven HR management
