Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for 20+ team members across operations, marketing, and live-streaming roles
  • Localize and implement HQ HR policies to comply with Indonesian labor regulations
  • Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention (targeting 90%+ first-month retention)
  • Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws, BPJS system, and workplace regulations
  • Handle employee relations and resolve disputes within 48-hour response time
  • Oversee payroll processing and daily administrative operations

Who You Are

  • 5+ years HR experience, including 3 years in recruitment leadership
  • Proven track record building teams of 30+ employees from scratch
  • MUST have Chinese and English Proficiency
  • Certified HR professional (HCPI preferred) with deep knowledge of 
    Manpower Act
  • Skilled in HRIS systems and data-driven HR management
