Job descriptions:
- Support the development and execution of purchasing strategies in line with business needs
- Handle and coordinate purchasing activities, including creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and communicating with vendors
- Prepare and report purchasing data, such as cost updates, order status, and basic KPIs, to the Purchasing Lead or Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and reliable service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good negotiation and communication abilities
- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
