PositionWe are seeking an agile and experienced Account Executive to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for representing the company to external parties and acting as a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA’s internal team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in continuously understanding industry developments.
- Implement the marketing strategy into the marketing department’s tactical program.
- Develop communication strategies that best suit the client’s characteristics while preserving MANUSA’s values and increasing brand awareness.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Act as the company’s external representative, fully maintaining the company’s image.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Answer client questions and provide necessary information.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations regarding client budgets.
- Coordinate with operations, information, and finance departments to tailor products/services based on departmental analysis.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA’s internal team, conveying client needs and internal capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related position.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
- Responsive, agile, and able to deliver effective presentations.
- Alignment with company values and ability to maintain the company’s image.
- Experience negotiating client budgets and needs.
- Proactive, multitasking, and good time management.
- Creativity and a desire to continuously understand industry developments.
