In this position you will…

…be at the forefront, focusing mainly on Operations to provide excellence services to all clients - for all products of brokerage and choice. You will play a key role in developing our operations by actively identifying, reviewing, and making rational changes on the process to result the high-level service, effective process and efficiency. Your role will be also the expert on regulatory compliance and the implementatiin to maintain company's reputation.

You will be responsible for…

·       Building and managing a strong team to demonstrate excellence services in handling claim and other inquiries post insurance placement

·       Proactively identifying the area for improvement in operations relates to brokerage business and choice products

·       Ensuring compliance aspects being implemented in claim handling in accordance with OJK regulations and other regulatory requirements.

·       Collaborating with internal underwriting, commercial, finance and technical teams to show case the capabilities of the company growing the business.

·       Staying updated with industry trends and regulations and then take it into operations process.

·       Meeting monthly and quarterly performance based on agreed KPIs

You will require the following qualifications and skills

·       Bachelor's degree in economics (management), economics and business law, or Business Administration, and major in insurance will be the advantage.

·       Minimum 6 years of experience in claim handling of general insurance, cargo insurance and health insurance, and prefer for manager level.

·       Prefer for male

·       Deep understanding of the insurance industry, especially in insurance brokerage.

·       Possess on AAPAI, APAI Certificate and Level 5 and 6 of LSPPI.

·       Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

·       Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

·       Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with corporate clients and surveyor.

·       Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
