What You'll Do
- Partner with the Sales team to identify client needs and propose optimal IT solutions.
- Deliver technical consultations, presentations, and demonstrations throughout the sales process.
- Bridge communication between clients and internal technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Prepare and manage technical proposals, product specifications, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Stay up to date with technology trends to provide innovative and compliant solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a
Presales Consultant / IT Solutions Consultant
in the IT Consulting industry. - Bachelor's degree in
IT, Information Systems, Computer Science
, or a related field from a reputable university. - Candidates should understand at least two of the following: ISO 27001, ISO 20000, COBIT 2019, ITIL v4, TOGAF, Penetration Testing (CEH).
- Deep knowledge of
IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
,
IT Service Management
, and
Cybersecurity
. - Proven experience developing proposals, delivering demos, and conducting PoCs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Having valid certifications in IT Governance, ITSM, Cybersecurity, or Project Management (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001, CEH) is a strong advantage.
