Responsibilities:

Verify client trade orders submitted through trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, internal broker system).
Ensure all transactions are executed in accordance with regulations and properly recorded in the system.
Monitor clients' margin positions to prevent margin calls.
Ensure client deposit and withdrawal transactions to segregated accounts are accurately recorded.
Perform daily reconciliation of client funds and positions with bank records and internal systems.
Coordinate with the other business functions for reporting to regulators.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to regulators.
Manage the auto-liquidation process if clients fail to meet margin requirements.
Ensure that corporate actions from the exchange (e.g., contract rollovers) are accurately reflected in client accounts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, or any other related majors
Min. 1 year experience in the same role or other related roles.
Familiar with forex, US Stock, and crypto trading system will be a plus.
Proficient in using Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
Possess an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to work in shifts and national holidays.
