Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential new store locations, considering factors such as foot traffic, competition, and local regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of new store openings, including securing necessary permits and approvals
- Manage the construction and renovation of new store locations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor the performance of existing stores and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on the progress of site development projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site development, real estate, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the local retail and property development landscape in West Jakarta
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in interpreting and navigating local regulations and legal requirements for retail operations
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Degree in real estate, construction management, or a related field
