Bootcamp participants to join the Backend Developer (Java) Training Program,
where you will develop learning materials, complete hands-on assignments, and receive performance evaluations. Participants will also undergo On-the-Job Training by working directly on real company projects.
Qualifications:
- Interest in Backend Developer & DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in any major (IT background is a plus)
- Open for students, fresh graduates, and entry-level professionals, including career switchers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for continuous learning
- Able to collaborate effectively with other participants and trainers
- Experienced in using online learning platforms and virtual teaching tools
