1. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and conceptualize video content, including storyboards and scripts (pre-production).
- Conduct video shoots as needed for various content types.
- Edit videos, including sound mixing, transitions, color grading, and overall post-production.
- Create motion graphic elements for videos (e.g., intros, lower thirds, text animations).
- Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to produce engaging and brand-aligned visual content.
- Manage and organize video assets, raw footage, and project files.
- Stay updated with visual trends, video production techniques, and relevant technology.
- Responsible for the full video production cycle from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Film & TV, Multimedia, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in videography and motion graphics (strong portfolio can compensate for less experience).
- Proficient in editing and motion graphic software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (is a plus)
- Final Cut Pro (optional)
- Strong visual storytelling and composition skills.
- Knowledge of shooting techniques, lighting, and camera operation (DSLR/mirrorless/drone).
- Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a strong visual sense.
- Must have a relevant portfolio showcasing video and motion graphic work.
