Job Description:
● Managing the end-to-end people development process throughout the organization (including budgeting and reporting)
● Identify learning priorities based on organizational goals, performance gaps, and future capability needs
● Implement the 70:20:10 development framework
● Craft and design a competency dictionary, both behavioral and technical
● Build, implement, and monitor a comprehensive Leadership Development Program
● Monitor the onboarding journey by delivering engaging immersive orientation sessions that connect new hires to company values and ways of working
● Conduct impact assessments of people development initiatives and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and business needs
● Build, activate, and advocate learning culture and people development frameworks
● Develop, implement, and monitor Talent Management strategies, including talent development (Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career paths) and succession planning to support the company's talent readiness.
● Stay updated on learning trends and recommend improvements for L&D strategies
Requirements:
● Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, or related roles or 1-2 years of experience as Learning/Training/People Development Manager
● Hands on experience in end to end training management
● Strong understanding of competency based and learner centered training approaches
● Excellent project management and organizational skills.
● Experience in managing Leadership Development Programs (LDP)
● Mastery of TNA concepts, training design, and training effectiveness evaluation.
● Mastery of talent management concepts, competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning
● Exposure on LMS is a plus
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Good stakeholder management
● Conversational English
